About the Role

Job Summary:

As an HR Business Partner at Mecsia Group, you will work with the Chief People Officer and wider Executive team to strengthen our culture and support our growth.

This is a great role for a generalist HR Business partner, who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

The role involves building strong relationships with the various Managing Directors and Senior Leadership Teams throughout our multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Projects i.e. Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition

  • Integration (post acquisitions)

  • HR advice and guidance

  • Talent Management and Career Planning

  • TUPE and Mobilisations

  • Social Value Projects

  • Bid Support

  • HR System implementation

  • Organisation Design

     

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in FM, retail, engineering, property management, outsourcing, B2B or automotive industries

  • Experience in a national remote based role

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 7 (desirable) or demonstrative experience MCIPD
