About the Role
Job Summary:
As an HR Business Partner at Mecsia Group, you will work with the Chief People Officer and wider Executive team to strengthen our culture and support our growth.
This is a great role for a generalist HR Business partner, who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
The role involves building strong relationships with the various Managing Directors and Senior Leadership Teams throughout our multiple businesses.

Strategic Projects i.e. Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition
Integration (post acquisitions)
HR advice and guidance
Talent Management and Career Planning
TUPE and Mobilisations
Social Value Projects
Bid Support
HR System implementation
Organisation Design
Key Skills & Experience
Experience in FM, retail, engineering, property management, outsourcing, B2B or automotive industries
Experience in a national remote based role
Qualifications
CIPD Level 7 (desirable) or demonstrative experience MCIPD
