Role Overview
FMS Fire and Security Ltd. are seeking highly motivated and skilled Service/Installation Engineers to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can make a real impact on system reliability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, maintain, and install a wide range of fire and security systems
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and effectively
Manage your workload independently, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
Deliver outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with clients
Provide expert advice and technical support to customers
Maintain accurate records of work carried out and systems serviced
Additional Duties:
Participate in the standby and call-out rota
Respond promptly and effectively to urgent service requests and emergencies
Skills and Experience required
· Proven experience in fire and/or security system servicing
· Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
· Excellent communication and customer service abilities
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Full UK driving licence
